All of our Oak can be ordered cut to section, and to the lengths your require to minimise waste. Oak will be sourced from France (Or UK Grown if required), and can be ordered in lengths up to, and including 8.0mtr.  Oak can be ordered as QPA/ QP1 graded, which will ensure the look of your Oak beams is to your requirement, and we are also able to offer Oak that is strength graded to THA/ TH1 or THB/TH2, which will ensure that your Oak is suitable for its structural purpose. We can also make sure the Oak is purchased as PEFC or FSC certified if required.

Please do note that Oak is a natural product, and splits, cracks and fissures can occur during the drying process. Oak beams will also change in colour over time, and can darken up considerably once cut- some black bore holes are also acceptable. Please also note that if you are looking for beams to contain minimal knot/ defect, it would be beneficial to ask for your timber to be strength or appearance graded. All Oak will be supplied overlength, for on-site final cutting.
