All buildings and contracting work will be undertaken under a bespoke, pre-agreed lead time at point of order, usually we aim to manufacture Mobile Field Shelters within a 4-6 week lead time. Please note that being a natural product, timber may show variation of grain, colour and other inherent distinguishing features. Overhang – Standard 1.200m, lined with 9mm Hardwood Ply
Skids – 100x100mm (4×4″) 4mm Box section steel black finish. Bi-directional towing eyes, strap included (Galvanised skids also available)
Framework – Constructed from 100x47mm (4×2″) tanalised C16/24 graded timber, with uprights every 600mm apart and 100x100mm (4×4″) corner & door posts. Diagonal wind bracing and and cross members at 1.200m high.
Cladding – 125x19mm (5 x 3/4″ nominal) Shiplap
Kicking-Boarding – Lined to 1.200m 18mm Plywood
Roof Trusses – Constructed from 150x47mm (6×2″) & 100x47mm (4×2″). All trusses fixed to sections with 150mm (6″) Timberlock screws.
Purlins – 150x47mm (6×2″) C16/24 every 600mm
Roof – Grey Fibre Cement Roof Sheets with galvanised ridges and PAR cloaking pieces
