The High Grove Gate is a great option if you are looking for a driveway gate that offers both security and privacy. This classic courtyard gate can be designed with either a convex or a concave top, and the curve can be altered to suit your requirements.

Bespoke and made to order, all of our Driveway Gates are made using joinery grade timber and made to the exact measurement that you require. All of our gates can be made from a variety of timber, but the main ones suitable would be the below;

Pressure Treated Softwood- Baltic grown softwood, ensuring slow growth and good durability. Light green colour due to treatment, will weather to grey over time. Painting or oiling required.
Iroko (West African) – Iroko has excellent strength properties, comparing well with teak, and is an ideally suited hardwood for outdoor applications such as gates & garden furniture. Variation of colours ranging from yellow to dark brown.
European Oak- Sought after hardwood timber, with a wide range of uses including interior and exterior joinery. Yellow-Brown in colour which will dull down when oiled.
Sapele- Sapele is much harder than mahogany, even though the similarity in appearance. Very strong hardwood timber, and is practically equal with English oak. Reddish brown in appearance.
Meranti (Dark Red)- A fantastic value hardwood, that is idea for exterior joinery- must be treated. Reddish brown in appearance, lighter in colour than Sapele.
Accoya- Modified timber to ensure maximum longevity. In cases, guaranteed for 25 years. Easy to coat with less preparation & sanding.
Western Red Cedar- Durable softwood that is very popular for cladding. Ideal for gates due to low weight and range of colours, from pink through to orange and brown in a single board. Takes oil well and will match existing cladding.
