At a glance:
Our Iroko decking is sourced from top of the range tropical hardwood timber grown on the west coast of Africa. Its striking appearance, consisting of a range of natural dark brown and bright yellow tones, makes this a popular choice for those looking for a high-end timber species to add a touch of luxury within an outside space. Our range is available in a selection of size variations, all with a smooth finish.
When Teak became difficult to source, the industry looked to use Iroko as an alternative to manufacturing gates, garden furniture, cladding and of course decking. Iroko has an interlocking grain and actually has higher strength properties in comparison to Teak. By producing its own natural oils, it is durable against outdoor elements such as moisture, fungus and insect attack.
Iroko can also be machined up to various sizes and profiles, so you can also have matching handrails, spindles and other decking components.
